Project Highlights

I love to work on things that make a meaningful impact on everyday life. Some of my projects have included working on the healthcare exchange, high volume donation strategy, accessible services, and data design, as well as contributing to some award-winning digitization projects 🎉.

For four years I led UX instructional delivery at Prime Digital Academy. Prime is an immersive, intensive, studio-based program for adult career switchers. The goal is to create a sustainable path for new, diverse UX and full stack engineers. My work was instructional, managerial and coaching. I guided full time cohorts of 13-20 new UX designers through active projects for local clients. I led, sourced, and facilitated research activities, client meetings, workshops, panels, and critiques. In 2020, I helped move our in-person program remote, supporting students (and our team) during a time of change, trauma, and work. Prime provides ongoing connection, community and support for all students throughout their career. 95% of students are working in their field of choice.

Some organizations I’ve worked with

I’ve worked on hundreds of projects in many contexts and team formats, and I feel lucky to have had the opportunity to work with all kinds of organizations, from regulated industries, to tiny nonprofits to massive corporations. I’ve led, managed, mentored, and been a hands-on contributor.
